fluid-hub offers two payment methods designed to meet the operational needs of companies, technicians and industrial buyers: advance bank transfer and deferred payment. Both methods guarantee security, traceability and transparency.

Available payment methods

  • Advance bank transfer: Payment can be made by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided in the order confirmation.
  • Deferred payment / 30/60-day invoicing (upon approval): For loyal customers, it is possible to activate deferred payment options, subject to commercial authorisation and administrative assessment.

Transaction security

All transactions take place on secure servers and comply with PCI-DSS protocols for the management of sensitive data. We do not store any payment credentials within our systems.

Invoicing and tax documentation

  • All orders are accompanied by an electronic invoice, issued at the end of the month.
  • To ensure tax compliance, we ask you to carefully fill in your personal and tax details during registration.
