QXV32-016R246 Single Internal Gear Pump 15.6 cm³/rev 50 bar

Code 100026425|QXV32-016R246|Single Internal Gear Pumps

Designed for hydraulic circuits requiring moderate pressures with low-viscosity fluids, the QXV32-016R246 is a multistage internal gear pump from the Bucher Hydraulics QXV series with 2 stages connected in series. With a displacement of 15.6 cm³/rev and a maximum operating pressure of 50 bar, this pump achieves volumetric efficiency up to 98% even at viscosities as low as 0.8 mm²/s.

Technical features and advantages:

  • QXV series, internal gear pump for low-viscosity fluids
  • Nominal displacement: 15.6 cm³/rev
  • Maximum flow rate: 53.0 l/min at 3400 rpm
  • Maximum operating pressure: 50 bar (pressure range 2, 2 stages in series)
  • Maximum speed: 3400 rpm
  • Multistage construction for progressive pressure build-up
  • Oval 2-hole flange to ISO 3019/1 (SAE), size SAE A ø 82.55 mm 2B
  • Cylindrical shaft ø 25 mm to ISO/R775
  • Seals: VITON (FPM), right-hand rotation
  • Compatible with variable speed drives
  • Suitable for ATEX-compliant explosion protection (Ex II 3G T3/T4)

Typical applications:

  • Test rigs for Jet A1/fuel controllers for aircraft turbines
  • Industrial welding machines
  • Rolling mills
  • Pumping systems for brake fluids and Pentosin
