GUARN DKE-DC Seal kit

Part number GUARN DKE-DC identifies the ATOS NBR seal kit for DKE solenoid directional valves with DC solenoids: the set of O-rings that seals the interface between the valve and the ISO 4401 size 10 subplate.

Technical features:

• Seal material: NBR (nitrile rubber), the standard material specified by ATOS for DKE solenoid valves
• Function: sealing of ports P (pressure), A and B (use), T (tank) and the optional Y external drain port (/Y option)
• Compatibility: ATOS DKE series directional valves with DC solenoids and 5 chamber body, ISO 4401 size 10 (NG10) mounting surface and 150 l/min maximum flow
• Permissible operating pressures: 350 bar on ports P, A and B; 210 bar on port T in the DC version, up to 250 bar with the /Y option
• Recommended fluid temperature: from -20 °C to +80 °C with NBR seals; from -20 °C to +50 °C with water based flame resistant fluids
• Compatible hydraulic fluids: mineral oils to DIN 51524 and water based flame resistant fluids to ISO 12922
• Recommended viscosity: 15-100 mm²/s, with a maximum allowed range of 2.8-500 mm²/s
• Maximum fluid contamination level: ISO 4406 class 20/18/15, NAS 1638 class 9
• Required mounting surface: roughness index Ra 0.4 and flatness ratio 0.01/100 to ISO 1101, with the valve fastened by 4 socket head screws M6x40 class 12.9 tightened to 15 Nm
• Alternative materials in the ATOS range: FKM (/PE option) from -20 °C to +80 °C for water free flame resistant fluids, HNBR (/BT option) from -40 °C to +60 °C for low temperature applications
