GUARN DHE-AC Seal kit

The GUARN DHE-AC seal kit gathers the NBR seals needed for a complete reassembly of ATOS DHE alternating current solenoid directional valves, from the mounting surface to the coil closing side.

Technical features:

• Compatibility: ATOS DHE series solenoid directional valves in AC version (DHE-06 and DHE-07), ISO 4401 size 06
• Product type: spare seal kit for solenoid directional valves
• Material: NBR (nitrile rubber), the standard compound of the DHE series
• Sealing points covered: valve mounting surface, solenoids and coil closing side
• Interface: ISO 4401: 2005 size 06 mounting surface, code 4401-03-02-0-05, with P, A, B, T ports up to 7.5 mm diameter
• Fluid temperature: from -20 °C to +80 °C with mineral oils; from -20 °C to +50 °C with water-containing fire-resistant fluids
• Compatible hydraulic fluids: mineral oils to DIN 51524 and water-containing fire-resistant fluids to ISO 12922
• Recommended viscosity: 15 to 100 mm²/s, with maximum allowed limits of 2.8 to 500 mm²/s
• Maximum fluid contamination: ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 (NAS 1638 class 9)
• Mounting surface finishing: roughness index Ra 0.4 and flatness ratio 0.01/100 to ISO 1101, to be met for correct sealing
• Assembly: 4 socket head screws M5x30 class 12.9 tightened to 8 Nm; any installation position
